| Fuel Dock:
The fuel dock is located north of the Harbor Master's office on the east
side of the main channel just north of the harbor office and supply gasoline and
diesel fuel. It is open 7 days a week, hours are 0700
to 1700 hours. They also have ice and some grocery supplies. |
| Launch
Ramps: The
public boat ramp is south of Channel Islands Boulevard. on Victoria Avenue.
There is no fee to launch and there are boat washing facilities,
parking for cars and boat trailers, restroom facilities, showers and guest
docks are located nearby. Parking is $2 a day, overnight parking
is $5 and this is one of the few places that allows overnight vehicle occupancy
for $12 a night.

Stations: Pump
out facilities are located at both of the guest docks and are maintained
by Ventura County

Guest
Slips: Available through reciprocity
at the Yacht Clubs, through the various marinas and through Ventura County
or Harbor Patrol. The Harbor Patrol has 70 transients slips and can
be raised on VHF Channel 16 (reservations at 805/382-3007), the slips
at the Peninsula Park Guest Dock and the East Bank Guest Dock both have
electricity, water and shower/restroom facilities.
Rates (No Refunds)
Daily rate: .75 cents per
foot
Maximum stay is 10 days.
Additional days may be authorized by the Harbormaster.
Greater than 10 days rate:
.85 cents per foot
(Harbormaster¹s approval with insurance with the
following: 1) a letter addressed to the Harbormaster
requesting an additional stay and 2) insurance
naming the County of Ventura "as additionally
insured" & minimum liability coverage in the
amount of $100,000.
Shore power cords: Minimum 12 gauge wire.
Parking when not in guest slip: Day Use $5.00
Overnight $10.00
Overnight Occupied $20.00
Key Card Deposits Requirements
A keycard will be issued to all guest dock
occupants. A $15 refundable deposit is required. Guests
returning the undamaged keycard within 15 days will be
refunded the $15 deposit. Damaged or broken keycard
replacement cost $10.00.
Rules and Regulations
All fees are due in advance. Check out time is
12:00 p.m. Unauthorized or overdue vessels are
subject to impound. Operator must provide valid /
current certificate of vessel numbers.
Slip assignments will only be issued to those vessels that
appear at the Harbormaster Dock or on trailer and are in
seaworthy condition. Fenders must be used at all
times. All pets must be leashed at all times.
Keep your vessels dock area free of all debris and
obstructions. |
