Jan-March	Gray Whale Watching -Daily boating trips to see the passing whales on their way to and from central Baja California and their calving lagoons. The season usually runs through March.
April	Rosarito - Ensenada Bicycle Ride, A 50-mile ride down the Baja coast plus a large fiesta in Ensenada at the finish until dark. The ride starts at 10 a.m. in front of the Festival Plaza Hotel in Rosarito.
April 22-24	57th Annual Newport - Ensenada Race, This 125-mile yacht race from Newport Beach, CA to Ensenada is one of the largest on the west coast.
June 3-5	Baja 500, This race begins in Ensenada with drivers from around the world competing against the harsh extremes of Baja. Score International & Tecate Breweries are the main sponsors. For more information, visit their web site at www.score-international.com/.
June 24-26	Estero Beach Volleyball Tournament, this tournament is celebrates the beach volleyball lifestyle. It's three days of competition and wild parties. July	Festival Mexicali En La Playa
August	Fiestas de la Vendimia, the annual celebration of the harvest of the grapes
September 16	MEXICO'S INDEPENDENCE DAY
September 29	Rosarito - Ensenada Bicycle Ride, This 50-mile ride down the Baja coast finishes with a huge fiesta in Ensenada until dark. The ride starts at 10 a.m. in front of the Festival Plaza Hotel in Rosarito. Rosarito Ensenada 50 Mile Fun Bicycle Ride.
