Independence Day Fireworks and Festivities -
Standing on the Redondo Beach Pier and looking at the
beauty and glory of the Pacific Ocean is a good way to
celebrate 4th of July. The FREE concerts starting at 5:30
through 9 pm are lively. The annual fireworks show
presented cooperatively between the City of Redondo Beach,
The Redondo Pier Association, and other area business
supporters, is breathtaking, touching, and a great way to
honor the independence of this great country.
Entertainment includes the following: 5:30 to 7:00 pm –
Hula Monsters. 7:30 to 9 pm- Jimbo Ross and The Bodacious
Blues Band 9:00 to 9:30 pm-Fireworks Show |

Annual Chalk Art Festival & Live Music

Come out to Redondo Beach and see how the Redondo
Beach Pier’s walkway becomes a veritable canvas on which
all can create their own chalk art. The first 150
people to enter receive free chalk. The festival is
FREE to the public and open to all ages. Individual
and team prizes will be awarded in various categories.

The
original Redondo Beach Lobster Festival
Maine Lobsters prepared in gigantic custom made (just for
this lobster festival) cooking kettles right before your
eyes, prepared fresh daily by Master Chef Bruce Jacobs of
Bristol Farms Limited. Attractions include live
entertainment, giant international food court including
many of the Harbor area restaurants, arts & craft
booths, full beach bar, large stage, carnival rides, come

17th Annual Christmas Boat Parade & Winter Carnival. Santa
and his elf will be visiting the Redondo Beach Marina, and
the Redondo Beach Pier throughout the day and at 5:00 pm
the boat parade begins. The whole harbor area along Harbor
Drive lights up with many of the boats in the Marina
lighting their boats as well throughout the holiday
season. Viewing for the actual boat parade can be seen
from many of the restaurants, on the piers or along the
break wall.
