Cookbooks
"Simple Pleasures" by Heather Craigen.  It all started aboard a yacht in paradise...The book began its life as a collection of recipes on Endless Summer II, a charter yacht in the British Virgin Islands. However, it is not a "Boat Cookbook" (crammed full of ideas on how to produce a gourmet meal while heeled at 45°....)

"Tropical Temptations" by Gail Melton Johnson is so much more than just a Caribbean cookbook. It is filled with informative trivia on cooking, sailing, dining and traveling around the Caribbean and the Florida Keys. Organized like a typical cookbook, the recipes are anything but typical.  Favorites like: Loblolly Bay Lobster Chowder, Bomba's Jerk Chicken, Calypso Rice, Margarita Salsa, Tavernier Key Lime Pie, and favorite Cocktails and Concoctions.
