Guest Slips
:
   Available through reciprocity at the Yacht Clubs, through the various marinas and through Ventura County or Harbor Patrol.  The Harbor Patrol has 70 transients slips and can be raised on VHF Channel 16  (reservations at 805/382-3007), the slips at the Peninsula Park Guest Dock and the East Bank Guest Dock both have electricity, water and shower/restroom facilities.

Fuel Dock:  The fuel dock is located north of the Harbor Master's office on the east side of the main channel.  It is open 7 days a week, hours are 0700 to 1700 hours.  They also have ice and some grocery supplies.
Launch Ramps: The public boat ramp is south of Channel Islands Boulevard. on Victoria Avenue. There is no fee to launch  and there are boat washing facilities, parking for cars and boat trailers, restroom facilities, showers and guest docks are located nearby.  Parking is $2 a day, overnight parking is $5 and this is one of the few places that allows overnight vehicle occupancy for $12 a night.
Pump Out Stations: Pump out facilities are located at both of the guest docks and are maintained by Ventura County

Harbor Patrol The Harbor Master can be reached 24 hours a day on Channel 16. The Harbor Office is run by the Ventura County Department of Airports and Harbors and is located on the east side of the harbor just north of the first bend at 3900 Pelican Way and has guest berths available. VHF Channel 16, monitors 12 as well, or call (805) 382-3007.

Coast Guard: The Channel Islands Coast Guard Station is located south of the Harbor Master's office and is home to search and rescue boats.  Emergency Calls - 805/985-9822.   Business Calls - 805/985-9823

Climate: The average temperature is between 65 and 70 with about 16 inches of rain between November and April and fog can be expected in the early summer as the land heats up.  The best weather is in the spring and fall.  Winds do blow in the Channel Islands
