The one that got away......

In the quest to take to the waters, man has, over the decades created many types of floaty things.  The first was probably a piece of floating wood, then a raft.  Meanwhile, in another part of the world, the first canoes were being shaped. And all they wanted to do was to make the darn things big enough to carry stuff and people.   Little did those early pioneers know by the 21st century, civilization would cherish its moments alone with the ever-changing seas!  Personal watercraft run the gamut from the inner tube with built in waders, to canoes, kayaks, surfboards, windsurfers, dinghies and most recently, jet skis.
